New Pap Guidelines
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has released their new guidelines on the interval women should get cervical screening with a Pap test. The full text is included in this post.
A recent recommendation from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force reported in the Annals
of Internal Medicine has created instant controversy. Your providers at
Stillwater Women's Clinic will be monitoring the recognized expert organizations
in this field for any changes in the current recommendations. For now, there
are no changes in our current recommendations for annual screening mammography
starting at age 40.
HPV Testing with your Pap Testing

Gardasil HPV Vaccine
We are pleased to be able to offer the Gardasil Vaccine, a highly
effective vaccination against several strains of Human papillomavirus
known to cause genital warts, cervical dysplasia, and cervical cancer.
The vaccination process is a series of three injections of Gardasil
over a six month time frame. The target age for the vaccine is between
