    Dr. Harder is a native of Weatherford, OK.  He attended Weatherford High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1987. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1992. He attended Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Dr. Harder began his practice in Stillwater in July of ’96 in association with SWC.
    His areas of interest include reversal of tubal sterilization and advanced laparoscopic surgery.  He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Oklahoma State Medical Association, and became certified  by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1999.
    He is co-developer and founding member of the Stillwater Surgery Center and Women First - Stillwater Center for Breast Cancer Screening and Bone Health. He is a founding member of the Mya Gonzales Foundation and the Rise School that opened in 2007 in Stillwater.  He also served as President of the North Central Oklahoma Football Officials Association from 2007-2009.
    He is married to Dr. Kathleen Harder, an internal medicine specialist.  He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Stillwater.  His hobbies include golf, aviation, hunting, tennis, Barbecue Judging, and travel.  Dr. Harder has two stepdaughters, Erin and Jill, and one son, Nate.
